Our Leadership Development programs use experiential and adventure-based learning, connection to nature, reflective practices and group processes to support people and their learning journey.
Collaborative Practice
Our programs and services are tailored to best meet the developmental needs of the participants. Some of what we offer include:

Saint Stephen's College - Year 9 program
Participants are actively involved in their learning experience, with encouragement to step outside their comfort zone as they participate in group discussions, safety, leadership and decision making.
